How to Contact Nordveld Flow Support?
There are a few easy and convenient ways you can contact us to ask a question or report a bug.
1. Webpage Contact Form
You can go directly to our website and click the contact tab on the right side of your screen.
If you have a generic question about Nordveld Flow, perhaps asking about certain features before signing up, you can just go ahead and submit your question on our contact page.
However, if you already have your Nordveld Flow account set up and you have a specific question about your account, you should provide us with your user key.
The user key is what we utilise for troubleshooting on our end and it enables us to solve your problem while keeping your bank data safe. The Nordveld Technical support team doesn’t log any sensitive data while solving your issues and your personal budget excel templates are completely safe.
If you are reporting a bug, you can also provide us with your user key. Though not necessary, most times, it will help to solve the problem faster.
2. Chat Option
Another way to contact Nordveld Flow support team is by using our chat function, which is available on all pages of our website. You can find it at the bottom right of your screen:
This function is great for a quick question if you are a newcomer to Nordveld flow or even if you are an active user. Again, for specific questions or bugs, you should provide your account user key.
3. Nordveld Community on Discord
At Nordveld Flow we want to make personal fiance really personal. That’s why we invite you to join the Nordveld Community.
The community operates on Discord where we can communicate constantly through free voice and text chat. You can find the Nordveld Discord Community here or by visiting the Nordveld homepage and clicking the button on the right upper corner.
4. Help Tab In Nordveld Flow
At Nordveld Flow, we are all about making your personal finance management as seamless as possible. Whether you use Nordveld as a personal or a family budget app. That’s why we decided to include a contact option in the Nordveld Flow Google sheet add-on itself. So you can contact us directly while using the add-on. There are two ways you can do that.
First - click on the “Add-on” field on your Google sheet, hover over Nordveld Flow and Select the second option - “Contact us”. Remember to get your user key first, in case you need it by clicking on “Show My User Key” Second - open your Nordveld Flow control panel under the “Add-on” field on your Google sheet and select the “Help” option.
In both cases, you will be redirected to our contact page, where you can reach out to us. Effortlessly.
